Want to get strong and healthy while having a blast? Try partner training at our studio! Work out with a friend or family member and enjoy all the perks of personal training at a lower price. A pro trainer will guide you and your workout buddy to get fit together, making your bond even stronger.
Partner training is super fun and perfect for small groups of 1-3 people. It’s way more exciting than big group classes! You can start your own group with people you love. Private Assisted Stretch Sessions
Our stretch sessions help you get more flexible and move better with the help of a trainer. Your trainer will use hands-on techniques and a massage gun to ease muscle tightness. Each stretch is made just for you based on what your body needs.
We also have stretch and burn sessions. These mix stretching with fast, strong exercises to help you burn calories and move more freely. You can choose either 30-minute or 1-hour sessions for all of our programs.

At LifeFit Personal Training Studio, our Small Group Personal Training sessions are way more fun than regular group exercise classes! We use smart, science-backed workouts to make sure you get stronger, stay safe, and have a great time. Our trainers pay close attention to you, making sure every exercise fits your needs and goals.
In our small groups, we can change exercises to match your fitness level, so everyone feels comfortable. You’ll work out in a friendly, supportive, and non-competitive environment that helps you reach your goals while having fun with others.
