Unfortunately, no. Our studio is private, so access is limited to scheduled training sessions only.
Yes — our trainers are highly experienced working with beginners as well as with clients managing injuries or physical limitations.
No, they are there whenever you need them.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will be charged the full session fee. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session, you will not be charged.
No — we don’t use memberships or contracts. You can either pay per session or purchase a package of 10 sessions.
Yes — absolutely. We encourage every prospective client to visit the studio and meet a trainer beforehand to ensure it’s a good fit.
Yes—we do. All of our trainers are qualified to provide dietary guidance to help you reach your goals.
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean facility for all clients and disinfect every piece of equipment after each session.
