I have a strong interest in all aspects of fitness and nutrition and continually educate myself to better support my clients. My personal training approach combines functional training, HIIT, and the proper use of kettlebells.
In my free time, I train Jiu Jitsu. This gives me a deep understanding of recovery and mobility techniques, which I incorporate into my coaching to promote long-term physical wellness.
