Get personal training benefits at a lower cost by working out with a friend or family member. Strengthen your bond while getting fit together, guided by a professional. Partner training is private (1-3 people), more fun, and better than large classes. Start your own group with loved ones. It's best if partners have similar fitness levels; beginners should try one-on-one or classes first.

Sports-specific training means practicing and improving skills that are needed for a certain sport, like pitching a baseball, swinging a golf club, spiking a volleyball, or moving side-to-side in sports.
To start, we will do a movement test and learn what your sport needs. Then, we will create a training plan just for you. Whether you play golf, tennis, baseball, cycle, run, or another sport, your trainer will add exercises that help you get better at the moves you use most.

At Lifefit, we believe staying active is very important for your health and happiness as you get older. Our goal is to offer safe and fun exercise programs made just for adults aged 55 and up. All of our trainers have a lot of experience working with people of all ages, including those with joint replacements, arthritis, or ongoing pain.
These workout sessions usually focus on improving balance, coordination, strength, and movement. Each session is tailored to fit your own needs, goals, and any limits you may have.

Our stretch sessions help you get more flexible and move better with the help of a trainer. Your trainer will use hands-on techniques and a massage gun to ease muscle tightness. Each stretch is made just for you based on what your body needs.
We also have stretch and burn sessions. These mix stretching with fast, strong exercises to help you burn calories and move more freely. You can choose either 30-minute or 1-hour sessions for all of our programs.

At LifeFit Personal Training Studio, our trainers help people who are getting ready for surgery or healing from injuries. Sometimes, after your doctor and physical therapist have helped you, you still need to keep exercising to get stronger and more flexible. Our trainers create safe and effective exercise plans that fit your needs. We help with injuries like shoulder, knee, lower back problems, and tendonitis. We also work closely with your healthcare team to make sure you recover well and can do the activities you enjoy again.

Our personal trainers make workout plans that build the strength and energy you need for labor. They also help reduce common pregnancy pains, improve your mood and sleep, lower stress, and tone your muscles.
For new moms, we give safe and helpful advice to lose weight, get a flat tummy again, and stay fit for a long time.

We use proven, evidence-based methods to ensure our programs are effective, safe, and efficient. By keeping the “Personal” in Small Group Training, we stay hands-on and attentive to each client’s unique needs and goals. This allows us to adjust exercises during sessions to accommodate individual limitations and fitness levels. Our focus is on helping clients progress and achieve goals in a fun, supportive, and non-competitive environment.
If you’re new to exercise, we encourage you to start with one-on-one training to prepare yourself for our group classes. Sessions start at just $20 each.
