LifeFit Personal Training Studio LLC is a non-membership private training studio. Our philosophy is to use functional and high intensity training to achieve our client’s goals while keeping workouts fun. Our studio is a private environment, where Jason; a highly skilled certified personal trainer, will use top of the line functional equipment to design and implement your personalized workouts. Each workout incorporates cross-training, strength and endurance training, kickboxing, cardio, stretching and much more. Some of the keys to LifeFit's success are constant programming changes, individualized high intensity programs, personalized service, and nutritional advice.
Workouts usually last about 50 minutes with some lasting over an hour depending on the prescribed workout of the day. Each and every workout will be different because constant change is the quickest and most effective way to achieve your goals.
Most training sessions are delivered 1 and 1 with a trainer but groups of up to 3 can be accommodated.
