Jason will use his expertise to design an exercise program specifically meet your individual goals. He will consider things like health history, body type, goals, and prior injuries or limitations in the design of your workouts.

You won’t ever grow bored or use to a workout because LifeFit designs a NEW workout for each session. Your body is a master at changing and adapting, when this happens the program intensifies to keep you challenged. At your request, Jason will even offer you workouts and nutrition guidance when you are out of the studio.

To help track progress of reaching your goals, LifeFit has weekly weigh in’s and 6 week body measurements. You will also complete fitness challenge tests to help track your results. With the right fitness plan and the right personal fitness trainer you’ll exceed your own expectations. We believe in keeping open communication at all times because we want to ensure you, the client is satisfied at all times.

Partner Training

Gain all the benefits of using a personal trainer while reducing the cost by working out with a friend, family member, or spouse. You can bond with your significant other, daughter, son or friend while you get in shape together under the guidance of a professional fitness trainer. Competing with yourself is one thing but when you with a partner it is twice the fun.

Unlike fitness classes, the partner training sessions are private with the group limited to 1-3 individuals. You can start your own group with family, friends, co-workers, etc. It is recommended you have some fitness training experience or have a similar fitness levels to be part of partner training program. Beginners should consider one-on-one personal training or fitness classes before doing partner personal training.


Pre & Post Natal Services

BeFIT Health Studio is pleased to offer a safe and effective fitness program for our expectant mothers to ensure they are at their peak level of fitness when it’s time to deliver. Strength and flexibility contributes highly to a more positive delivery experience and an easier recovery.

If you just gave birth, our personal trainers will safely and effectively help you lose excess “Baby Weight” and learn how to get your flat tummy back quickly and permanently after delivery!

Pre and Post Rehab

BeFIT Health Studio trainers routinely work with clients who may need surgery or clients who had prior injuries and need to pick up where physical therapy leaves off. Once your doctor and physical therapist have completed their work, it is important to continue post-rehab exercises with an experienced personal trainer to continue improvement in the strength and flexibility of the injured joint or limb.

Our trainers can develop safe and effective post rehabilitative fitness programs for clients with various limitations that are recovering from a variety of injuries, including shoulders, knees, and lower-back, as well as tendonitis.

We can work directly with your doctor or physical therapist to ensure that you make the best recovery possible and that you can return to your favorite activities

Sport Specific Training

Sport specific training refers to the development and refinement of athletic skills that is particular for a certain sport, such as pitching a baseball, swinging a golf club or tennis racket, or the lateral movements required in most sports.

Jason can help athletes by providing sports fitness training to improve or maintain their skill level or improve their fundamental movement patterns to prevent injuries. Each training program is tailored to each athlete’s goals, abilities, and sport.

Proper preparation will reduce your chances of injury and improve your performance. We start with a movement assessment and an understanding of the demands of your sport. We identify the gaps and design a sport specific training program to address your individual needs.

Whether your sport is golf, tennis, baseball, cycling, running, or any other sport enthusiast, your trainer will develop a sport fitness training program to help you reach your maximum potential.

Many athletes practice their sport, but fail to implement strength and conditioning training from a professional that will help them reach their full potential and help prevent injuries.
